So tonight we met Cooper's new Kinder teacher. I have to remember that God is in control. Her classroom was not what my classroom would be and her people skills were not like mine and she just rubbed me different. I have to remember that God has a place and plan for Cooper. It challenged me to remember that Cooper actually functions better with people who are much less controlling than I. He was very excited and when we finally got to meet her there was no one in the room and he talked her ear off. Let's hope her patience in listening continues and he has a really great year!

I felt the exact same way about Abbie's Kindergarten teacher -- and pretty much continued to feel that way all year. But it was just one year. And then last year she had the teacher of all teachers -- far more amazing than I could ever have wished for. Cooper is going to just worm his way into that teacher's heart -- and they'll both be the better for it when the year is over!!!
Love ya,
D'Lyn
it's tough when you used to be the teacher, and now you're the parent. i am sure i will have plenty of opinions about scarlett & clark's teachers, too!
that cooper is a special little boy and if he likes the teacher and the class, then what more can you ask for, right?
hugs to you, friend :)
