One more CAROL

Thanks to my sister the proof reader for pointing out that I spelled "carols" incorrectly last time.  I was the math/science person she was the reading/writing person- I love you Jackie I will try to use my spellcheck more often : )

So last night we were singing Rudolph-@ the end:
"Rudolph the red nose raindeer you'll come down and tell us a story"

Cooper is loving the Christmas and really wants me to tickle Santa underneath his beard so snow and white.  I am really enjoying listening to him sing.  It is just too bad he stops each time I try to record him.  Hope your and yours are having a wonderful holiday season!

X-mas carrols

Jingle bells jingle bells jingle on the way
oh what fun it is to run in a one horse often slang hey!

I love when Kinders sing the words to their favorite Christmas carrols!
I love my Cooper!

A Kinder perspective

Cooper: Mom, we need to get my teacher a present
Me: Ok what do you think we should get her
Cooper: I don't know, but when we do she will give me a paper thing back and I haven't gotten one yet so we need to do that before we go on Christmas break.  Only the kids that give a present get a paper thing so can you get one tomorrow?

The conversation started when he walked in the door yesterday from school.  This morning as he was putting on his backpack and walking out the door at the same time he shouted- "don't forget to get my teacher a present so she can give me that paper thing!"  I love the kinder perspective of the little things!  I think I will save Ms. Wagner's "thank you" note in his baby book and remind him of this story as he gets older : )

Fa La La La La La La La La

My sweet elf helper has done an excellent job helping to decorate around here.  These are just a few of the decorations that we have around the house but it is hard to look anywhere and not see a bit of Christmas spirit!  The tree while small was my black Friday purchase- prelit and $25.  Mason decorated almost all of it by himself.  He is grinning from ear to ear beside stuffed animal land.  We also have Santa Land and Snowman Land- I hope that your house is filled with Christmas spirit and warmth as ours is!  Merry Christmas from the Babcock family!!
